The new and FINAL timeline for the USHBA board elections is as follows:

Candidate submissions extended through January 16, 2026 

 

       Candidate Submission Instructions

• Please provide a short biography to introduce yourself to members.  

• Upload a professional headshot (shoulders-up) suitable for use on our website and other official materials.
  Accepted formats: JPG or PNG. Max file size: 100 MB

• Upload a video (up to 90 seconds) introducing yourself and your goals as a candidate.

• Administrative Review Period: January 17–18

• Voting Opens: Monday, January 19

• Voting Closes: Sunday, February 1

• Administrative Tabulation Period: February 2–3
  (48-hour review and verification period)

• Election Results Announced: Wednesday, February 4 (National Hemp Day)
