Hempcutter For Sale

Hello! We have decided to sell our 2023 Laumetris Hempcutter as we are transitioning to the grain side of hemp. This is a proven platform that we have used for ourselves on our fields and we have custom cut hundreds of acres across the Midwest. This machine is in pristine condition and includes a comprehensive spare parts kit. There is no hemp stand that this machine cannot conquer. This machine comes out of Europe and there are limited units in North America. If you are looking to step into a serious cutting platform or have an interest in doing custom cutting this is the reliable standard. Others have tried to replicate it, but have fallen short. I will be happy to demo, show in person and send pictures. Asking $105,000.00. Will deliver with a 100 mile radius or further plus delivery fee. Call/Text Mike at 630-346-0680 or email me at…

But let’s get specific.

What does a good contract look like to you?

  • What must it include?

  • What language or clauses have protected you (or burned you)?

New Book ‘Hempsteads’ Features Code-Compliant Design Details for Hemp-Lime

ree

A new book of architectural details for hemp-lime construction will be published in May, written by a pioneering US hempcrete builder who helped co-author the hemp-lime Appendix published for the first time in the 2024 International Residential Codes.

Asheville, NC-based Timothy Callahan’s long-awaited “Hempsteads: Architectural details for hemp-lime construction” includes code-compliant details and specifications from a career of hemp-lime and natural-building designs.

Hempsteads provides an overview of best practices for designing with hempcrete, including discussions of in-situ (hand packed) and spray-applied applications, structural requirements and lime binders. Callahan’s personal architectural details include designs for windows, doors, stud placement, wall bracing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, roof and overhangs, foundations and…
